Professor Linda Mileshkin
Director of Medical Oncology, Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre
My entire nursing career has predominantly been in Research starting in 1987 where I worked as a Research Nurse in Early Phase trials at Guys Hospital London. In 2004 I joined the Drug Development unit at The Royal Marsden Hospital in Sutton, UK. This is where I gained my knowledge and passion for Oncology.
In 2007 I moved to NZ with my young family and joined the Cancer and Blood Research Nursing team at Auckland City hospital. I currently manage a team of 10 Research Nurses as well as being the lead Research Nurse for multiple Clinical trials conducted within the Cancer and Blood department.
