Dr Rachel Campbell

Dr Rachel Campbell is a Post-doctoral Research Fellow at the Psycho-oncology Co-operative Research Group (PoCoG) based at the University of Sydney. Dr Campbell's research aims to improve the quality of life of people living with cancer. Between 2018-2021 she supported the Cancer Australia Quality of Life Technical Service, by providing advice and training to the 14 national cancer clinical trial groups to optimise the inclusion of PROs in their clinical trials.

Dr Campbell has extensive experience developing and validating patient-reported outcome measures for use in clinical trials and practice. Her current research focuses on developing and evaluating tailored supportive care interventions to reduce the symptom burden experienced by people living with cancer.
